Did you know the HANDS FREE GEORGIA ACT was signed into law May 2nd, 2018?  The law will begin being enforced July 1, 2018.

PLEASE take this time to familiarize yourself with the law and begin modifying your habits to be in compliance before July 1.

CobbTV, Cobb County Police and Marietta Police worked on a new Public Service Announcement that summarizes the law in roughly three short minutes.

The Governor's Office of Highway Safety created a breakdown of the rules with the Prosecuting Attorney's Council.

Their initial document can be found here: Governors Office of Highway Safety Explanation

A follow up explanation from GOHS can be found here: http://www.headsupgeorgia.com/handsfree-law/?platform=hootsuite
